Tacos Junior started with one conviction: that a proper taco deserves time. Not the kind of time measured in minutes on a clock, but the kind that lets masa rest, that lets carne find its depth, that lets a salsa sit long enough to become something worth writing home about.
We are a family kitchen on Osborne Street in Pacoima. Nothing flashy about it — just people who show up early, work with their hands, and treat every order like it is for someone they love. That is not a marketing line. That is just how we do it.
Our tortillas are pressed by hand, every single one. Our salsas are roasted, not blended from a jar. The recipes have been in this family longer than most people have been coming through this door.
